In a world where you can be anything, be yourself

This phrase hangs in my daughter's bedroom and I hope that it will be a guide for her life.  Too often we try to be what others want us to, to fit a pre-conceived mold. We shy away from doing what we love because we are embarrassed by what others might say.  We wear our hair to fit in and our jeans to match.

This blog embraces individuality, a testament to living life doing what we love.  A hodgepodge of posts may follow--people are diverse and unique--and I invite you to share this path with me.
